Cormorants, Frigatebirds and Pelicans (Pelecaniformes)
These large waterbirds are all fish-eating. Pelicans dramatically plunge-dive for fish. Cormorants enter water only to feed and must dry out their feathers before they can fly effectively. Frigatebirds do not enter water at all but instead steal fish from other birds or pluck fish from the surface.
